I opened my private law practice immediately out of law school.  Within the first year, I cultivated over 100 clients.  Due to the exceptional client loyalty that I have been fortunate enough to develop and sustain, by my fifth year, I had developed a client base of over 1000 clients.

I wrote course materials and taught attorneys and CPAs about how to form LLCs, add members, and advise clients about a multitude of important issues that arise during the drafting of the operating agreement and after the LLC is operational. I presented a number of strategies designed to limit liability, manage the LLC efficiently, create desired results that may not coincide strictly with membership interests, limit the identification of the members to the general public, and discussed the resulting tax consequences of these strategies.

Kenston Community Stadium Project

Founding member of the Kenston Community Stadium Project, a group organized to raise $2.4 Million in donations to replace the existing Kenston High School football stadium.  Successfully raised $700,000 to complete phase I of the project and have installed a new artificial turf field and walkway at the existing high school stadium complex.  Opened September 17, 2009.
